ATOMA Mission Statement

The Advocates for the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association (ATOMA)

ATOMA is a non-profit organization comprised of men and women who collaborate to strengthen the Osteopathic Profession.

Through education, legislation and social avenues, our mission is to support the Osteopathic physician in their efforts to deliver health care.

Your ATOMA Advocates are working to:

Award $4,500 per year in TCOM medical student scholarships
Donate white coats to incoming medical students at TCOM in collaboration with TOMA
Facilitate support of medical student spouses through the Student Advocate Association (SAA)
Participate in the Yellow Ribbon Teen Suicide Prevention Program
Coordinate ATOMA programs with TOMA district affiliates
Raise funds through the Linda Cole Golf Tournament

ATOMA House of Delegates
Call to Meeting

To the members of the Advocates for the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association: You are hereby notified that the annual meeting will be held Thursday, June 21, 2012, for the purpose of transacting such business as may properly come before the meeting. The House of Delegates will convene at 9:00 a.m. in the San Miguel meeting room at The Westin La Cantera Resort in San Antonio, Texas.
